I come from South Africa and left friends and family there to have an adventure in the UK with my husband who got a chance to do something more interesting here and I felt I could experience a bit more of the world.
Although it really is exciting to be here, it is also difficult to be far from matters to you personally, and it is not easy to make new friends, get to know new cultures and experience different environments…
